The Lifeguards cover the following beaches:

Full time cover from 10:00 until 18:00 seven days a week starting 14th May and finishing 18th September:

Sheringham,
Cromer East,
Mundesley
Sea Palling,
Great Yarmouth and Gorleston

The following beaches will be covered from 8th July until 4th September:

East Runton,
Cromer West
Hemsby

You are 500 times saver on a beach covered by the Lifeguards and remember our SAFE advice:

S - Spot the dangers
A - Always go with a friend
F - Find and follow the safety flags
E - Emergency? stick up your hand and shout, find a Lifeguard or phone 999/112
